Refunds
When a product is activated an annulment of the licence is not possible. If your licences were sent to an iLok account and still are pending for download, should reclamation or a refund be in question, please do not download the licence to your iLok USB key, instead contact your dealer to ensure they agree to a refund. The dealer must then contact the Flux:: sales partner/distributor in your country. PLEASE DO NOT contact Flux:: directly.
If you have purchased your software in the Flux:: online store, you may file a demand for a refund within ten days from your finalized purchase. To do this, please contact Flux:: support direct. Flux:: First Line Support
